  • How will you handle scheduling?

    We maintain clear communication throughout the process. Once we confirm our service is appropriate for your situation, we'll schedule you for the next available 3-hour appointment window. Our technician will call you with a 30-45 minute notice within this window when en route to your address. Typically, appointments are scheduled within 1-2 business days after contacting our dispatch line.
